How we work.
A handful of people own each product end to end, from the first conversation with a customer to the code running in production.
We build behind the counter, on the shop floor and at the contribution meeting. Every feature has to survive a real working day.
We are based in Kinondoni and build for the businesses around us first, held to the same bar as software made anywhere.
We act like founders of every product we ship: accountable for outcomes, not just output.
